At VR-Rock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronics or accessories, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship to VR-Rock

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our designated returns processing center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
